Habitat’s Homebuyer Program is currently looking for qualified candidates.
Do you meet the income requirements?
Are you a legal U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident?
Are you willing to partner with Green Country Habitat for Humanity and complete Educational Equity Hours?
Do you need adequate housing (Financial & Physical)?
Are you able to purchase the home?
Make sure your household meets the above requirements.
Start the Process
1. Schedule an Intro to Habitat Orientation Meeting
(Any adult who is not registered may not attend. Kids are welcome.)
2. Attend an “Intro to Habitat Orientation Meeting.”
3. After the orientation meeting, you can complete a full application.
4. Once accepted into the program, you will be asked to submit the required documents for a credit inquiry.

Prior 2 Years Taxes & W2's
2 Months of Bank Statements
5. Approved applicants will be asked to complete the required education courses to advance the homebuyer’s process.
