Homes of Valor is a Green Country Habitat for Humanity program designed to provide a path to homeownership for low-income veterans, Military - active duty, National Guard - active duty, and Gold Star families. Homes of Valor honors those who serve with a path to a safe and affordable home.

How we are different than other builders:

• We offer affordable, fixed-rate home loan options to meet your unique needs.

• Our team of experts will help you navigate the home-buying process with individualized counseling and financial education.

• We will work with you to accommodate disabilities to ensure your home is safe and functional.

Guidelines:

• Have 12 months of steady income

• Be a legal U.S. citizen or a permanent resident

• Be willing to complete educational equity hours

• Need adequate housing (financial and physical)

• Be willing to partner with Green Country Habitat

• Be able to pay for the home

• Earn 30%-80% of area median income (AMI)
